What is God?
God is not a distant figure in the sky, but the intelligent energy that flows through all things.
God is the creative force behind the Universe, the still presence within your breath, and the awareness behind your thoughts.
God is a cosmic energy, not bound by religion or form; it is the Source of Life itself, the Consciousness that unites everything within our existence.
God is both within you and beyond you; an ever-present field of unconditional love, wisdom, and power that you can feel when you are fully present, open, and aware.
To know God is not to believe something, but to remember your deepest Self - the part of you that is timeless, infinite, and One with everything.
To know that you are One with God engulfs you with Love and invites a deep sense of presence and peace within.
To know that you are a divine spark of God ripples out from your entire being and positively impacts those around you.
Our God Disconnection
We are living in a time of deep disconnection. Many of the challenges we face today; rising mental health struggles, emotional overwhelm, physical illness, and a constant sense of inner emptiness stem from one root cause: we have forgotten who we are. We've been conditioned by society to believe we are just physical bodies, defined by what we do, what we have, or how others see us. In the noise of the world, we've lost touch with the quiet Truth within us: that we are spiritual beings, intimately connected to something greater. This disconnection from God - our true Self - is the real crisis of our time.
When we begin to return to God, not through dogma, but through direct experience - stillness, presence, and inner knowing - we start to gather the fragmented pieces of our Soul. We remember our wholeness. The anxiety, depression, and confusion that once ruled our lives begin to dissolve, not because we've fixed the surface, but because we've touched the root. The path forward is not more distraction, more control, or more external answers. The path is to bring awareness to every part of our lives, invite stillness and silence, and return to our sacred centre within. This is where God resides.
