We are being called to embrace a more holistic approach to women's health - one that recognises the foundational role of our sacred menstrual cycle. Menstrual Cycle Awareness is not just about understanding reproductive health; it's about recognising its profound implications for women's physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

By acknowledging the unique complexities of female biology, listening to and respecting women's voices and experiences, we see huge improvements in women's health and well-being. By honouring the rhythmic fluctuations of our menstrual cycle, we can better tailor our approach to how we care for ourselves, empowering us to achieve vibrant health and vitality.

Most haven't been taught the nuances of our menstrual cycle, forcing us to live out of alignment with our cyclical nature which has detrimental effects on us, on our communities and on Mother Earth. Your menstrual cycle is a blessing and a healthy cycle is the foundation of your physical, psychological and spiritual well-being.

The women I’ve mentored have learnt how to live in harmony with their body’s natural cyclical rhythm, helping them reverse issues like depression and anxiety, PMS and PMDD, bloating and cramps, endometriosis and PCOS, which has afforded them the opportunity to reconnect with the power and wisdom of themselves.

Discover Yourself is a 7-week, self-paced, Menstrual Cycle Awareness Course. It teaches you how to live in harmony with your body’s cyclical rhythm, how reconnect to your inner wisdom and can:
