One-to-one sessions offer personalised guidance for women seeking individual support. These sessions are available as single appointments or in bundles for those who wish to work together over time. Mentoring is shaped around each woman’s unique circumstances and intentions. Sessions are body-led, cycle-aware, and conversational, supporting clarity, reflection, and insight at key transitions in life or the menstrual cycle.

Coming Home to the Self: Twelve-Week Journey

This twelve-week self-study journey offers a spacious and embodied introduction to menstrual cycle awareness, designed for women who wish to understand their body, emotions, and inner rhythms in a way that is grounded, practical, and deeply respectful. The course moves gently through the inner seasons of the cycle, inviting repetition, reflection, and lived experience rather than quick fixes or rigid frameworks. It is for women who sense that lasting change comes through relationship and practice, not information alone.

Menopause | A Guide into the Mature Years

This offering is for women who are entering or moving through menopause and wish to meet this transition with clarity, steadiness, and self-respect. It offers a grounded understanding of the physiological, emotional, and spiritual shifts that accompany this phase of life, and invites menopause to be met as a natural threshold rather than a problem to be fixed. Through cycle-aware wisdom and embodied guidance, this work supports women to navigate change with trust, confidence, and a deepening relationship with their evolving body and inner authority. As they move into this stage of life, these women step into elderhood. Carrying lived wisdom and quiet strength that nourishes their families, communities, and the wider world.

This e-book offers a clear and accessible introduction to female biology, menstrual health, and cycle awareness. It is designed for women who want to better understand their bodies, start tracking their cycle in a more intentional way, make sense of common menstrual challenges, and begin living with greater awareness of their natural rhythms. This is a gentle starting point for those new to menstrual cycle awareness.

Menarche | Supporting Your Daughter’s First Bleed

This offering is for parents and guardians who wish to support a girl at the beginning of her menstrual life with clarity, respect, and care. It introduces the meaning of menarche, offers a grounded understanding of the menstrual cycle, and shares ways to approach a girl’s first bleed that cultivate trust, confidence, and a healthy relationship with her body from the very beginning. She is able to step into womanhood with purpose and carry a sense of belonging within herself as she grows.

For Men to Understand the Women in Your Life

This recorded workshop is designed for men who wish to better understand the women in their lives. It offers a grounded introduction to emotional rhythms, thought patterns, and the menstrual cycle, helping men communicate with more ease, empathy, and connection. Through clear explanations and practical reflections, participants gain insight into how hormonal shifts can influence mood, energy, and perspective across the month. The workshop encourages listening without fixing, responding rather than reacting, and meeting difference with curiosity instead of judgement.
