Meditation Course
Meditation: An Introduction offers learners a guided practice and its theory required to develop a 30-minute, daily meditation practice. You will learn all the basics, step by step first; how to create a meditation space, how to sit, where to place your hands, and other meditation advice and tips. For the next month (and beyond), you'll be invited to practice an awareness of breath meditation every morning. Awareness of Breath is the foundation of a solid meditation practice and within time, it can lead to the state of mind that is undisturbed and peaceful.
